## Bitrock Incorporation

Maintaining our commitment to longevity, and in line with our vision of eliminating potential legal or corporate barriers to expansion and enterprise, Bitrock was incorporated in Dubai (Dubai Silicon Oasis FZCO) on April 24th, 2024 under Registration Number DSO-FZCO-42358, and the Certificate of Formation can be found [here](https://dsoadocumentsprodapi.azurewebsites.net/area-general/QRDocument/download?acn=592063/LIC-0114078\&fname=CertificateOfFormation-FZCORegistrationReport.pdf).
